We had submitted in the past to the Buildings Department the plans to build, we received some of the permits from Archeaology and others, and we were waiting to submit the Mechanical Study, in order to pay the Taxes, and get the Building Permit to start building, but we have stopped 3 years ago and now we need to re-apply for all permits, even though some may be very easy to get since some of them were already approved.

The plot can also be contributed as part of the project to build (antiparoxi) and when the buildings are finished we would be entitled to 33% of all building areas.
